- Choose <Scenario Package Configuration> in the top line of the deployment panel. A new screen Customizing Data Management will pop up.
- Choose <Set Language> to define the language of the subsidiary. Only SAP S/4 HANA data in this language will be shown in the Mapping.
- Choose deployment, only in case of multiple deployments.
- Choose the SAP S/4 HANA SLD entry in the first panel.
- Choose the SAP Business One receiver system SLD entry in the second panel.
- List of customizing tables will appear in the third panel with table number of SAP Business One and table name of the respective SAP S/4 HANA table.
- A green icon indicates that mappings exist already for this customizing object.
- A grey icon means no mapping available.
- An asterix at the SAP S/4 HANA table name means that customization data is cached.
With this functionality, you are able to make a delta customization as well as a check of the B1 table entries versus SAP S/4 HANA table entries.
- Choose the icon <Edit Mapping Information> and the screen Mapping Definition will pop up.
In the header of the screen are the respective table information of the to be mapped tables (Sender – Receiver).
The panel in the screen shows on the left side the SAP EPR table entries and on the right side the SAP Business One table.
- For each SAP S/4 HANA entry, you can select the corresponding entry out of the drop-down list.
- In case the entry is not available in SAP Business One (not displayed in drop-down list), choose the icon <Add> to create the SAP Business One table entries according to the SAP S/4 HANA table entry.
- Perform this for all values which have to be mapped.
- Perform this for all tables, which were showed in the Customizing Data Management
