Initialization Process Tagrain in the Integration Hub

Once the Tagrain application is enabled in SAP Business One, it is mandatory to initialize the objects to be integrated between SAP Business One and Tagrain. 

The object integrate on initialization are as follows: 

  1. Customer Group

All customer groups defined in the SAP Business One will integrate to Tagrain on initialization.  If any customer group is already defined in the Tagrain, you must define the same customer group in SAP Business One as well. Ensure the customer group name should be the same in both the system.

  1. Customer

All the customer’s masters for which the “Sync” checkbox is checked for Tagrain template in SAP Business One will be Initialized to Tagrain. However, from Tagrain all customers will be downloaded to SAP Business One. 

 Note

Customer will be initialized based on customer scenario selection data direction (SAP Business One to Tagrain or Tagrain to SAP Business One or both) in the Integration Hub administration console.

  1. Manufacturer

All manufacturers defined in the SAP Business One will integrate to Tagrain on initialization. If any manufacturer is already defined in the Tagrain, you must define the same manufacturer in SAP Business One as well. Ensure the manufacturer name should be the same in both the system.

  1. Product Group

All product groups defined in the SAP Business One will integrate to Tagrain on initialization. If any product group is already defined in the Tagrain, you must define the same product group in SAP Business One as well. Ensure the product group name should be the same in both the system.

  1. Product

All the item masters for which the “Sync” checkbox is checked for Tagrain template in SAP Business One will be Initialized to Tagrain.

Standard Items, Serial Items, and Batch Items will be Integrated in both directions i.e. from SAP Business One to Tagrain and from Tagrain to SAP Business One. However, the Variant Items and Gift Card products will be integrated from Tagrain to SAP Business One only.

Note

Items will be initialized based on Items scenarios selection data direction (SAP Business One to Tagrain or Tagrain to SAP Business One or both) in the Integration Hub administration console.

  1. Inventory

The product stock balances (snapshot) in the warehouse that is mapped with Tagrain stores in SAP Business One will be integrated into Tagrain on initialization.

  1. Assembly BOM 

All the assembly bill of materials for which the “Sync” checkbox is checked for Tagrain template in SAP Business One will be Initialized to Tagrain. All assembly bill of materials will integrate as a composite product in Tagrain.

  1. Freight

All freight defined in the SAP Business One will integrate to Tagrain as a surcharge on initialization. If any freight is already defined in the Tagrain, you must define the same freight in SAP Business One as well. Ensure the freight name should be the same in both the system.

To Initialize the Tagrain, choose Administration → Integration Hub → Tagrain Settings → Synchronization. Choose the Initialize button on the Synchronization tab.


The Synchronization tab of Tagrain Settings window contains the following fields:

Field Name

Description

Object Type

Displays the list of objects available for synchronization between SAP Business One and Tagrain. The list of objects is: 

1. Customer
2. Product
3. Sales
4. Refund
5. Expense
6. Inventory

Run

Select the frequency of automation run from the dropdown i.e. Daily or Weekly or Never. 

On

Select the weekday on which the synchronization should run.

Note

The selection is available only for weekly type run only.

Hour

Choose the Hour frequency at which the synchronization should run.

Minute

Choose the Minute frequency at which the synchronization should run.

Initialize

Choose the Initialize button to synchronize the object data between SAP Business One and Tagrain.

Note

Initialize button is active until clicked for the first time. Once the initialization is done, the Initialize button is disabled. 

Initialization Status

Select this button to view the Initialization Status. 

Set Items for Synchronization

Select this button to mark bulk items synchronization from SAP business One to Tagrain.

Set Customers for Synchronization

Select this button to mark bulk customer synchronization from SAP business One to Tagrain.

Set BOM for Synchronization

Select this button to mark bulk Assembly BOM synchronization from SAP business One to Tagrain.


Click on the Initialization Status button to view the initialized status of the data replication between Tagrain and SAP Business One. 

 

Note

The Initialize button is active until the initialization is done for the first time. Once the initialization is done, close the Tagrain Settings window and reopen it, the Initialize button is disabled and Sync Now and Save Schedule button is enabled. All the data created later will be integrated between both the systems based on scheduled synchronization or manual synchronization
