Lead – Salesforce in the Integration Hub

The integration of Lead is bidirectional between SAP Business One and Salesforce.

The Lead integration is bidirectional between Salesforce and SAP Business One. Lead Information like Name, E-mail, Billing and Shipping Address, and other details are integrated from Salesforce to SAP Business One and vice-versa. 

When the Lead is integrated from Salesforce to SAP Business One, the details such as Salesforce Lead ID is updated in Cross Reference Code in SAP Business One. 

The following actions for Lead are supported: 

  1. Add Lead- Add New Lead information. The Lead addition is bidirectional between Salesforce and SAP Business One. 
  1. Update Lead- Edit Existing Lead information. The Lead is bidirectional between Salesforce and SAP Business One.

Caution

Lead deletion from Salesforce will not be integrated to SAP Business One and vice-versa. 

When Lead is converted into Accounts in Salesforce, user has to manually select Type in Accounts details. Upon synchronization with sap Business One, this will be created as new Customer in SAP Business One. This will not convert the existing lead (synchronized as lead earlier from salesforce) to Customer
