Nexmo allows businesses to seamlessly communicate and notify internal and external stakeholders by configuring SMS and SMS-based alerts and notifications in SAP Business One. It allows users to configure the SMS notification based on pre-defined SMS templates. Enabling an event-based alert mechanism ensures timely delivery of relevant information. Events are setup in SAP Business One database and these events triggers a call to the Nexmo SMS API.
