Payment Mapping of Magento in the Integration Hub


Map the payment methods of Magento in the Payment Mapping tab in the Magento Settings window in SAP Business One. 

To add Payment method, right-click on Magento Payment Method and Add Row to Map the payment method from Magento to SAP Credit Card. When adding a new Magento Payment Method, the name of the Magento Payment Method should be the exact name as mentioned in the title of Magento Payment method mentioned in Magento.  

When a customer checks out in Magento, multiple choices for order payment are available. Payment can be done using any of the methods enabled in the payment provider’s area of Magento. There are several ways for customers to pay online in addition to credit card like American Express, Master, Visa, etc.

The payment methods other than Cash or Cash on Delivery (COD) is mapped with credit cards in SAP Business One. This mapped information is used to post the payment transaction against the order in SAP Business One.

Magento Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method is handled differently in SAP Business One unlike the other payment methods in Magento. The user needs to specify the COD payment method in the General Settings window. Whenever any payment transactions for COD payment type is integrated from Magento to SAP Business One, the system generates the incoming payment with reference to the A/R Reserve Invoice and keeps the Order number in the Reference fields available on Incoming Payment window.


     

The Payment Mapping tab of Magento window contains the following fields:

Magento Payment Method

Displays the list of payment methods available in Magento.

Mapped to SAP Business One Credit Card



Select the credit card from the list of credit cards.

The Magento payment method is mapped to SAP Business One Credit Card; it is used to post the payment transaction in SAP Business One.
