Prerequisites to Install Intercompany Integration Solutions

Before you install the intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One, ensure the following:

Required Installed Components

  1. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
  1. SAP Business One, complied to the
  1. SAP Business One Hardware Requirements Guide
  1. Platform Support Matrix for SAP Business One
  1. Platform Support Matrix for SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA
  1. SAP Business One SDK Data Interface API (DIAPI), 64-bit or 32-bit
  1. SAP Integration Framework 2.0
  1. Microsoft® Office 2010 or 2013
  1. SAP HANA ODBC 32 Bit Driver must be installed for Database Type SAP HANA.
  1. Supported web browser – Google Chrome
  1. For connecting to
  1. SAP Business One companies on MS SQL-> SQL Native Client
  1. SAP Business One companies on SAP HANA DB -> 32-bit and 64-bit HANA Client 

Technical Requirements

  1. System requires 1.25 GB RAM per user/SAP Business One Client instance (1 GB for SAP Business One + 0.25 GB for add-on = 1.25 GB).
  1. Apache SAP Integration Framework 2.0 4 GB
  1. Depending on the SAP Business One version, the intercompany installation version must be selected correctly. Otherwise no compatibility or support can be guaranteed. For compatibility information, refer to Note WDF 1844555.
  1. Windows Operating System to run the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One installer.
  1. When working with non-English locales, ensure that the decimal separator and thousand separator setup in SAP Business One matches the locale setting in Windows. For information on the decimal separator and thousand separator setup, refer to Note WDF 2530015.

User Rights

  1. Administrator rights on the computer to perform the installation of the intercompany integration solution components. For more information about installer issues related to the User Account Control (UAC) in Microsoft Windows operating systems, see Note WDF 1492196.
  1. Superuser access to the SAP Business One company databases to proceed with the installation of the integration solutions add-on.
