Products Master Data – Dynamics 365 Sales in the Integration Hub
The System supports the integration of existing product data from Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales. Product add & update operations are supported from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales.
The Item Code in SAP Business One is mapped with Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), Prices and Product Code in Dynamics 365 Sales for integration. Product Synchronization from SAP Business One and Dynamics 365 Sales is uni-directional.
To synchronize the product from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales, choose Main Menu →Inventory → Item Master Data. Choose Sync in the Integration Hub Tab.
The following field has been added to the window and is relevant to the Integration Hub. For details of other fields on the Item Master Data window, refer to the SAP Business One Online Help.

Caution
Product deletion from Dynamics 365 Sales and SAP Business One is not supported. If deleted product is used in transaction, then inconsistency in data will be observed.
Product
The integration of products is Unidirectional from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales.
The prices integration is uni-directional from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales. The application uses the price list defined in the Price list tab of Dynamics 365 Sales to integrate the prices from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales. Retrieve Price List button retrieves the list of Dynamics 365 Sales Price Books from Dynamics 365 Sales to SAP Business One.
To open Price List Tab in Dynamics 365 Sales, go to Administration → Integration Hub → Dynamics 365 Sales Settings → Price List.
The mapped price list prices for the item is the integrated from SAP Business One to Dynamics 365 Sales.
Note
- If Multiple currencies are enabled in Dynamics 365 Sales setting screen, three prices mapped in Item Master will be updated/replicated in Dynamics 365 Sales product master.
For example - Primary currency –USD, Additional currency 1 – EUR and Additional Currency 2-CAD will be mapped under the Price List of Dynamics 365 Sales as per the mapping done in Dynamics 365 Sales settings screen.
