Shopify Transactions in the Integration Hub

The following Shopify transactions are supported: 
  1. Sales Order
  2. Payment
  3. Order Cancellation
  4. Fulfillment
  5. Refund 
    Windows Enhancements in SAP Business One
New fields that are relevant to the Integration Hub have been added to different document windows in SAP Business One. The fields provide additional information regarding the Shopify integration transactions.

Sales Order
New fields in the Sales Order document window:
Field Name
Description
Template Name 
Name of the Shopify template.
External Order ID
Order ID generated from Shopify.
Discount Code
Displays the discount code applied on Shopify order.
Source Name

Displays the source name of the Shopify order.

 Note

Values for Shopify channels are protected and cannot be assigned by other API clients: web, pos, shopify_draft_order, iphone, and android.

Delivery
New fields in the A/R Delivery document window:
Field Name
Description
Template Name 
Name of the Shopify template.
External Order ID
Order ID generated from Shopify
External Delivery ID
Delivery ID generated from Shopify 

A/R Reserve Invoice 
New fields in the A/R Reserve Invoice document window:
Field Name
Description
Template Name 
Name of the Shopify template.
External Order ID
Order ID generated from Shopify.
Discount Code
Displays the discount code applied on Shopify order.
Source Name

Displays the source name of the Shopify order.

A/R Credit Memo
New fields in the A/R Credit Memo document window:
Field Name
Description
Template Name 
Name of the Shopify template.
External Order ID
Order ID generated from Shopify.
Discount Code
Displays the discount code applied on Shopify order.
Source Name

Displays the source name of the Shopify order.
