To migrate to the Walldorf version of the Intercompany solutions, refer to the following section:

Version compatibility

1.    When installing or upgrading the integration solution, ensure that the version/patch level is compatible with SAP Business One and that you have gone through the Overview Note (especially the section “Additional Important Notes”) of the corresponding solution version.

3.    For minimum minimum-supported SAP Business One Version, please refer to the following WDF note: Minimum Supported SAP Business One Version for using Walldorf Integration Solution

Replacing SAP Intercompany License 

Migrating your existing SAP Intercompany License to Walldorf License requires the SAP Add-on to be replaced by a Walldorf installer. 

Steps to be followed for existing SAP intercompany solution customers:

1.    Run the Integration Solutions Installer (IntegrationSolutions.exe) in upgrade mode. Addon exe can be located in the following location: e.g. <your download folder>IntegrationSolutions2022_PL46IntegrationSolutionsAdd-OnIntegration Solutions addon 64 bit PL46

2.    Remove the current intercompany solution addon from SAP B1 companies.

3.    Register the Walldorf integration solutions addon in the SAP B1 companies.

4.    Apply the Walldorf license as per below KB articles:
