Symptom
Unable to set GL account on receiving service documents if classified as either Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss and a corresponding account for that category exists in the receiver company
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany Integration Solution Version 47 or lower.
Scenario:
Unable to set GL account on receiving service documents if classified as either Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss and a corresponding account for that category exists in the receiver company
Expected Result:
GL account is set to receiving service documents if classified as either Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss
Actual Result:
Fails to set GL account to receiving service documents if classified as either Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss
Workaround :
Please find the attached hotfix file (Count 1) and follow the below steps to import the same:
i. Login into Integration Framework 2.0.
ii. From the top menu bar, click Maintenance.
iii. From the left menu, click ZIP Import.
iv. In Import content to the ZIP import in Selection criteria, Click on Choose File.
v. Select the file path for zip file attachment.
vi. Click on Submit button. Caution message will appear. Click on OK button.
vii. Integration Framework 2.0 shows the Import Status. Click on OK button.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany integration solution Version 48 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
