This WDF Note contains information related to Walldorf Intercompany integration solution 2.0 Version 48 as well as its embedded SAP Business One Integration Hub.

Attention: After installation, the Intercompany menu entries are not directly visible. The menu entries are only displayed after deploying the solution/landscape.
Additional important Notes on Version 48:
1. Fixes from SAP Note
2969518 are required to be implemented before deployment of Intercompany Solution or Integration Hub templates if you are using SAP Business One 9.3 PL14.
2. Currently, there are some known issues if you are using SAP Business One 10.0 FP2208/
FP2208 HF01/FP2208 HF02/FP2305 with Intercompany Solution or Integration Hub. For more details please refer to Note WDF 2000007. 3. Fixes from Note
WDF 2000008 are required to be implemented before deployment of Intercompany Solution or Integration Hub templates if you are using SAP Business One 10.0 FP2305.
Version Content:
This version includes all corrections and enhancements from the previous versions of Intercompany integration solution 2.0 and the Integration hub template as listed chronologically in the associated info file.
New Feature Enhancements:
Intercompany Solution:
1. UDF Structure Replication
This feature allows the user to replicate the User Defined Fields (UDF) Structure across all participating companies.
User can choose to replicate custom UDFs on item master data, business partner, and marketing documents supported by the document exchange cycle. Users can also choose to replicate UDF structure on journal entries, journal vouchers and project in all the companies configured in the intercompany landscape including consolidation company.
2. UDT Structure Replication
This feature allows the user to replicate the User Defined Tables (UDT) Structure in head office, branch and template companies configured in the intercompany landscape.
This will save the user time in creating the user-defined table structure in all the companies. Once the user-defined table structure is created in all the companies, it can be further used in the user-defined table data replication.
3. Replication of User-defined queries
The SAP Business One provides the Query Generator / Query Wizard Tools to generate adhoc reports via user queries.
This feature allows the user to replicate user-defined queries selectively across branch companies.
4. Easy License Assignment across subsidiaries
Common (same) users may require access to multiple subsidiaries (companies). License assignment is now made easy to allow common users across the intercompany landscape to assign license in one go.
5. Enhancement in Direct creation of firm document
The user can select the specific intercompany marketing document(s) that he wants to replicate as a “Firm document” in branch companies.
This can be achieved by clicking the browse button next to the "Direct Creation of Firm Document" checkbox available in Intercompany General Settings in SAP Business One.
6. SAP B1 User License Report
The user can view the SAP B1 User License report to get the SAP B1 user license count and verify the count with the Walldorf license user count. This report helps the user to identify the cause of the license mismatch error that is displayed at the time of Solution deployment and User Allocation.
7. Enhancement in Walldorf License status
The License Status feature has been enhanced to show the Non-Allocated license status. If a license has not been allocated to the user logged in to SAP Business One, the license status is shown as "Non-Allocated" on the Feature Activation screen.
8. Rename UDF Replication and UDT Replication menus
UDF Replication and UDT Replication menu names have been changed to UDF Data Replication and UDT Data Replication respectively.
Integration Hub:
1. Master Data Mapping Tool for Salesforce Connector
This tool allows the user to map the already exist Account, Contact, Lead, and product data in Salesforce and SAP Business one. This is needed in case the same Account or Contact or Lead or product master is already exists in both the application and you would like to map their internal code to prevents the data duplicity between the applications.
2. Price property is made optional in Item Master Synchronization
Sometimes the user would like to have separate item prices in Magento and SAP Business One and does not want to replicate the item prices between the applications, so an option is now provided to deselect the item price property in item master synchronization for the below connectors:
i. Shopify
ii. Magento
iii. WooCommerce
3. Enhancement in Walldorf License status
The License Status feature has been enhanced to show the Non-Allocated license status. If a license has not been allocated to the user logged in to SAP Business One, the license status is shown as "Non-Allocated" on the Feature Activation screen.

1. Unable to set GL account on receiving service documents if classified as either Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss
2. Unable to update the updated approved purchase order in SAP Business One if the Intercompany add-on is connected
3. While replicating BP master data, Vendor or Customer group control account is not getting replicated in HANA environment
4. The user list is not displayed if the SLD name is different from the SAP B1 Company name in User Allocation
5. Fails to replicate A/R Invoice to A/P Invoice as Firm Document in Italy Localization
6. Fails to replicate the Non-Segmented G/L Account(s)
7. The key value is not available in key column of message log for Chart of Accounts

Integration Hub:
1. Fails to update the product from WooCommerce to SAP Business One for HANA
2. The sales order is replicated from WooCommerce to SAP but showing in the Processing Log of the message log
3. Fails to activate template in Magento solution deployment
4. Left operand error occurs while syncing sales orders from Shopify to SAP
5. Fails to initialize the Salesforce solutions
