WDF 2470016 - Unable to update the updated approved purchase order in SAP Business One if the Intercompany add-on is connected
Symptom
While updating the PO in SAP Business One after being sent for approval on the update of PO in SAP Business One, the update button changes to ok if the Intercompany add-on is connected.
Reproducing the issue
Create a PO document with the approval process in SAP Business One, and add the approved PO.
Update the approved PO document, and after approval of the updated PO, the option to update the approved PO shows the button as ok in SAP Business One.
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany integration solution 2.0 Version 45 or lower.
Scenario:
The PO document in SAP Business One has an approval process.
The PO document is approved and added the document, the PO is updated, and again it goes approval process.
The
PO document in the SAP Business One update button will be shown as “OK” and it
is not getting updated in SAP Business One.
Expected behavior:
Re-approved PO document is updated successfully in SAP Business One.
Actual behavior:
Unable to update re-approved PO document in SAP Business One, and the document is in “OK” mode in SAP Business One.
Workaround:
Download the add-on hotfix file for version 45 from here.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in Intercompany integration solution Version 48 for SAP Business One, and higher versions.
