WDF 2480002 - Support for the User Defined Fields (UDF) Structure replication

This feature allows the user to replicate the User Defined Fields (UDF) Structure across all participating companies.

User can choose to replicate custom UDFs on item master data, business partner, and marketing documents supported by the document exchange cycle. Users can also choose to replicate UDF structure on journal entries, journal vouchers and project in all the companies configured in the intercompany landscape including consolidation company.
This will save the user time in creating the user-defined field structure in all the companies. Once the user-defined field structure is created in all the companies, it can be further used in the user-defined field data replication.

UDF Structure replication is only supported for the following objects and sub-objects:
• Business Partner Master Data
o Business Partner Header
o BP Addresses
o BP Contact Employees
• Item Master Data
o Item Master Header
• Project Codes
o Project Code
• Item Groups
o Item Groups
• Price Lists
o Price Lists
• Equipment Card
o Equipment Card
• Marketing Documents
o Document Header
o Document Lines
o Document Additional Expenses
• Batch/Serial Numbers
o Batch and Serial Numbers
• Journal Entry/Vouchers
o Journal Transactions – Header
o Journal Transactions – Rows

Solution

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in the Intercompany integration solutions version 48 and higher versions.
