The SAP Business One provides the Query Generator / Query Wizard Tools to generate adhoc reports via user queries.

This feature allows the user to replicate user-defined queries selectively across branch companies.

This feature is available only for a user having the "Can Replicated User Defined Query" checkbox is selected in the Users – setup window. 

To open the Users – setup window, in the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Administration --> Setup --> General --> Users

To replicate the User Defined Query, Go to Tools --> Queries --> Query Manager

Note: 

To view the query replication status, select the "Check Status" from the dropdown on Replicate button on the Query Manager window. See the screenshot above.
