WDF 2480011 - SAP B1 User License Report is available to view the license count
The user can view the SAP B1 User License report to get the SAP B1 user license count and verify the count with the Walldorf license user count.
This report helps the user to identify the cause of the license mismatch error that is displayed at the time of Solution deployment and User Allocation.
To run the SAP B1 User License Report, perform the following:
1. In the Administration Console, in the top menu bar, choose the Setup option. In the left frame, choose the SAP B1 User License Report option.
2. SAP B1 User License Report page is displayed.
3. In the SAP B1 User License Report page, select the SLD Category.
4. Click on Retrieve Information button to display the report.
5. Click on Export button to export the report in MS excel (CSV format).
Note:
Walldorf License Count: It represents the Walldorf license count activated in the landscape.
Consolidation B1 User License Count: It represents the consolidated count of SAP licenses assigned to SAP B1 Users in all the companies.
Following SAP Business One license types are considered to get the consolidated B1 user License count:
• SAP Business One Professional User• SAP Business One Limited CRM User• SAP Business One Limited Financials User• SAP Business One Limited Logistics User• SAP Business One CRM Service User (Standalone)

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in the Intercompany integration solutions version 48 and higher versions.
