WDF 2500020 - "Unknown IPO step" error occurs while running the remote query execution report
Symptom
The following error occurs while running the remote query execution report:
XCE045 Unknown IPO step:
/HUB-GetSQLReport/com.cxs.b1i.ipo/ipo/RP.GetSQLReport.ipo/GetSQLReport
XCE205 Resource unknown
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany version 50.
Scenario:
The following error occurs while running the remote query execution report:
XCE045 Unknown IPO step:
/HUB-GetSQLReport/com.cxs.b1i.ipo/ipo/RP.GetSQLReport.ipo/GetSQLReport
XCE205 Resource unknown
Expected behavior:
The remote query execution is running well.
Actual behavior:
"Unknown IPO step" error occurs while running the remote query execution report.
Workaround:
Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in Integration Server:
1. Login into B1iP Control Center.
2. Navigate to MAINTENANCE --> BizStore Export and in the Dataset field, select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo.temp2" from the list, click on the Submit button, and save the zip file.
3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on the Browse button.
5. Select the file path for the zip file attached here.
6. Select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" in Relocate to Dataset field.
7. Select the "Assume File System-Friendly Naming" checkbox.
8. Click on the Submit button. A caution message will appear. Click on the OK button.
9. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
10. Click on the close button to close the Control Center.
11. Now login into Intercompany Administration Console, navigate to the Landscape, and redeploy the IC solution.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 51 and higher versions.
