Symptom
The Intercompany solution displays the Draft document in the intercompany message log if the document is replicated as a firm document in the participating company.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
You are using Walldorf Intercompany version 50.
Scenario:
The Intercompany solution displays the Draft document in the intercompany message log if the document is replicated as a firm document in the participating company for example "Draft Goods Receipt PO" is displayed instead of "Goods Receipt PO".
Expected behavior:
The Intercompany solution displays the draft document or firm document name in the intercompany message log based on the document replication.
Actual behavior:
The IC solution displays the Draft document in the message log when the document is replicated as a firm document.
Workaround:
Following are the steps to import the attached zip file in the Integration Server:
1. Login into the B1iP Control Center.
2. To take the backup. Navigate to MAINTENANCE --> BizStore Export and in the Dataset field, select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" from the list, click on the Submit button, and save the zip file.
3. From the left menu, click BizStore Import.
4. In Import content to the BizStore in Selection criteria, Choose archive. Click on the Browse button.
5. Select the file path for the zip file attached here.
6. Select "com.cxs.b1i.ipo" in Relocate to Dataset field.
7. Select the "Assume File System-Friendly Naming" checkbox.
8. Click on the Submit button. A caution message will appear. Click on the OK button.
9. SAP B1iP Control Center shows the Import Status.
10. Click on the close button to close the Control Center.
Solution
The issue described above will be fixed in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 51 and higher versions.
