WDF 2510003 - SAP Business One Service Layer supports for 6 additional Item master data replication

SAP Business One Service Layer is a new generation of extension API for consuming SAP Business One data and services. It builds on core protocols such as HTTP and OData and provides a uniform way to expose full-featured business objects on top of a highly scalable and high-availability Web server.

The Intercompany solution provides service layer support for the following 6 Item related masters in version 51 in addition to 13 masters supported in previous versions:
  1. Customs Group
  2. Material Group
  3. Document Type
  4. Service Group
  5. Movement Code
  6. SAC Code
To replicate the data using the Service Layer, Go to Intercompany Administration Console-->Setup -->Replication Method:


Note:
Please note the following before enabling the master data replication via the Service Layer:
  1. You have installed the Service Layer. For more information, see the Installing the Service Layer chapter in the SAP Business One Administrator’s Guides (version for SQL and version for SAP HANA).
  2. You have configured valid Service Layer registration in the System Landscape Directory (SLD) for all companies configured in the Intercompany Landscape.
  3. Ensure that the SAP B1 service layer connection, with distinct port values for each of the participant companies, is successful before configuring the data replication method.
  4. If you encounter the issue "B1i B1 ServiceLayer Test Connection fails with HTTP 400" in B1SL connection via the service layer in B1 Integration Framework (B1i) SP2311 (Version 1.22.53). Please refer to the SAP Note 3416244 and apply the hotfix.
  5. You must deploy the Intercompany Solution after performing the above-mentioned points.

Solution

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in the Intercompany Integration Solutions version 51 and higher versions.
