Symptom
The Priority List is not retrieved while clicking the Retrieve Priority button in the Salesforce Settings screen within SAP Business One.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
- You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 55.0 or lower.
- Salesforce integration is configured in SAP Business One.
Scenario
The Priority List is not retrieved or displayed in the Salesforce Settings screen within SAP Business One. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open SAP Business One with the Salesforce integration enabled.
2. Go to Salesforce Settings and navigate to the Priority tab.
3. Click the Retrieve Priority button to retrieve or load the Priority List.
4. Observe that the list is not displayed.
Expected Result
The system should successfully retrieve and display the Priority List in the Salesforce Settings screen.
Actual Result
The Priority List is not retrieved successfully or displayed.
Solution
The enhancement described above will be incorporated in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
