This WDF Note contains information related to Walldorf Intercompany integration solution Version 56, as well as its embedded SAP Business One Integration Hub.

Attention: After installation, the Intercompany menu entries are not directly visible. The menu entries are displayed only after the solution/landscape is deployed and Walldorf licenses are allocated to users.
Additional important Notes on Version 56:
1. Fixes from SAP Note 2969518 are required to be implemented before deployment of Intercompany Solution or Integration Hub templates if you are using SAP Business One 9.3 PL14.
Version Content:
This version includes all corrections and enhancements from the previous versions of Intercompany Integration Solution and the Integration hub template, as listed chronologically in the associated info file.
New Feature Enhancements:
Intercompany Solution:
1. Enhancement in license renewal notification
Previously, the Intercompany solution triggered license renewal notifications for all allocated users 30 days before the license expiration date, regardless of the subscription’s renewal method. As a result, users continued to receive renewal reminders even when the subscription was configured for automatic renewal, which led to unnecessary and redundant notifications across companies.
In the Intercompany solution, renewal notifications will no longer be sent automatically, and any existing notifications will be removed. Notifications can now be configured for a specific user in the Head Office (HO) company through the Manage License screen, with default notification frequencies of 7 days for monthly subscriptions and 30 days for annual subscriptions. In the Integration Hub solution, renewal notifications will be sent only to the Manager user, while notifications for other super users will be removed. Additionally, no notifications will be sent if the subscription is set for auto-renewal. Users who prefer not to receive further reminders can disable them using the “Do not show this message again” option.
2. SAP Business One Service Layer supports Goods Return to Return document exchange
SAP Business One Service Layer is a new generation of extension API for consuming SAP Business One data and services. It builds on core protocols such as HTTP and OData and provides a uniform way to expose full-featured business objects on top of a highly scalable and high-availability Web server.
The Intercompany solution provides service layer support for the Goods Return to the Return document exchange cycle in version 56.
3. ByWh, MinLevel, MaxLevel, and ReorderQty properties are added to the Company Template for Items
The inclusion of Manage Inventory by Warehouse (ByWh), Minimum Level (MinLevel), Maximum Level (MaxLevel), and Required Quantity (ReorderQty) properties in the Company Template for Items introduces greater flexibility in inventory configuration. These additions allow organizations to define inventory controls and stock thresholds during the initial item replication. By making these properties available at the template level, businesses can ensure consistent inventory planning parameters across the company. This helps streamline implementation and supports more structured inventory management practices.
4. UserNo1, UserNo2, UserNo3, and UserNo4 properties of BP Bank Accounts added to the Company Template for Business Partner
The addition of UserNo1, UserNo2, UserNo3, and UserNo4 properties of Business Partner (BP) Bank Accounts to the Company Template supports consistent data replication across branch companies within an intercompany landscape. By embedding these fields into the template, organizations can ensure that supplementary banking identifiers are uniformly structured when Business Partner information is replicated across multiple entities. This helps eliminate discrepancies and promotes standardized data management across interconnected companies.
5. Quantity and Payment Terms are updated from the Sales Order back to the Purchase Order
The system now supports updating Quantity and Payment Terms from the Sales Order back to the corresponding Purchase Order. This enhancement ensures better synchronization between related intercompany documents by reflecting any changes made in the Sales Order directly in the linked Purchase Order. As a result, procurement and fulfillment processes remain aligned without requiring manual intervention.
6. Journal Remark in Marketing Documents added to the Company Template for Intercompany Replication
The Journal Remark field at the marketing document level has been added to the Company Template to support intercompany document exchange and enable replication across branch companies within the intercompany landscape. This enhancement allows organizations to maintain consistency in journal-related notes when marketing documents are shared between interconnected entities. By including this field in the template, businesses can ensure that relevant financial remarks are uniformly carried across company databases during intercompany synchronization.
7. The ECVatGroup and DeferrTax properties of the Business Partner object are added to the Company Template
The addition of the ECVatGroup and DeferrTax properties of the Business Partner (BP) object, when used with the Company Template, marks a significant enhancement in tax configuration at the Business Partner. By incorporating these fields into the template structure, organizations can now standardize VAT group assignments and deferred tax settings during company setup.
8. Enhancement to support the configuration of multiple UDTs in UDT data replication
In the current scenario, the Intercompany solution triggers the deployment of the User-Defined Field (UDF) configuration for each User-Defined Table (UDT) individually. Since there was no option to save the configuration of multiple UDTs at once, users were required to deploy the configuration separately for every UDT. This process was time-consuming, especially in environments with a large number of UDTs, as each configuration had to be triggered and processed independently.
Integration Hub:
1. Support for Email notifications for Salesforce Connector
This feature enables users to configure email notifications for Salesforce transactions within the Salesforce Connector. Once configured, the designated user will receive automated email alerts regarding the status of each transaction, whether it has been completed or encountered an error. Customers have the flexibility to configure these email notifications separately for successful and failed transactions, allowing them to tailor how they monitor and respond to different transaction outcomes.
2. Support for Email notifications for Dynamics 365 Sales Connector
This feature enables users to configure email notifications for Dynamics 365 sales transactions within the Dynamics 365 sales Connector. Once configured, the designated user will receive automated email alerts regarding the status of each transaction, whether it has been completed or encountered an error. Customers can configure these email notifications separately for successful and failed transactions, allowing them to tailor how they monitor and respond to different transaction outcomes.

5. Language translations are copied only for selected Master Data objects.
6. No data found error occurs when adding Service Type, Delivery, or A/R Invoice in the HANA environment.
7. The intercompany solution UDFs are not hidden at the line level of Journal Entry.
8. Unable to export query report to CSV File in Remote Query Execution.
9. The ItemDefault and BPDefault global data distribution templates are created automatically when using Copy Intercompany Setup.
10. Invalid QName attribute error during PO to SO replication via the Service Layer.
11. Unable to auto-map key mapping objects for Discount Group.
12. VAT Allocation Date is a mandatory error that occurs during the A/R to the A/P Invoice document exchange.
Integration Hub:
1. Alias not found error occurs when opening documents from the Alert Message screen in Expensify Connector.
2. Unable to fetch Priority List in Salesforce settings in SAP Business One.
3. Session ID Used Has Expired error when clicking ‘Retrieve Custom Fields’ in Salesforce Settings.
4. An unauthorized error occurs while syncing the Account and Lead in Salesforce Connector.
5. The maximum credits exceeded error occurs in the “HUB Message Log” for SendGrid email failures.
6. SendGrid Connector does not send emails generated from the Campaign Generation Wizard.
7. Tagrain Test Connection Fails in Integration Hub Due to API Server URL.
8. Two alert messages are displayed in SAP Business One for a single transaction in RFQ Connector.
