WDF 2560018 – An unauthorized error occurs while syncing Account and Lead in Salesforce Connector

Symptom

The Salesforce Account and Lead are not synchronized from SAP Business One, and the following error is recorded in the logs:
com.sap.b1i.xcellerator.XcelleratorException: XCE212 Error while performing HTTP call; HTTP status is 401, Unauthorized

Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites

You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 55.0.

Scenario
An unauthorized error occurs while syncing the Account and Lead in Salesforce Connector. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create or update an Account or Lead in the Salesforce application.
2. Go to SAP Business One and Navigate to Salesforce Settings.
3. Sync the Account or Lead to SAP Business One.
4. Observe that the sync process fails. In the B1iF message log, the following error appears:
HTTP status is 401, Unauthorized

Expected Result

The Account and Lead records should be successfully synchronized with Salesforce.

Actual Result

The synchronization fails, and the system returns an HTTP 401 – Unauthorized error, preventing data transfer.

Solution

The enhancement described above will be incorporated in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
