Symptom
The Intercompany menus are not visible when logging in to SAP Business One as the Support user, even though the Intercompany Solution add-on is connected.
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
- You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 54.0 or lower.
- The Intercompany add-on is successfully connected.
Scenario
The Intercompany menus are not visible when logging in to SAP Business One as the Support user. The following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Log in to SAP Business One with the Support user.
2. Confirm that the Intercompany add-on is connected.
3. Check the intercompany menus under the Setup in the Administration module or check the consolidation module.
4. Observe that the Intercompany menus are not visible.
Expected Result
The Intercompany menus are visible to the logged-in Support user.
Actual Result
The intercompany menus are not visible to the logged-in Support user, even though the add-on is connected.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
