WDF 2560023 – Maximum credits exceeded error occurs in “HUB Message Log” for SendGrid email failures

Symptom

The following error message is displayed in the “HUB Message Log” for SendGrid email failures resulting in an infinite loop during processing.:

{"errors"-[{"message"-"Maximum credits exceeded","field"-null,"help"-null}]}

Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites
  1. You are using Integration Hub version 55.0.
  2. SendGrid connector is deployed.
Scenario

1. Trigger an email sending process via the SendGrid connector.
2. The email fails (for example, due to credit limits such as “Maximum credits exceeded”).
3. Open the HUB Message Log.
4. Observe that: The error message appears in a malformed JSON format.
5. The system may enter an infinite processing loop.

Expected Result

The SendGrid connector displays a clear and properly formatted error message in the HUB Message Log.

Actual Result

The “maximum credits exceeded” error occurs in the “HUB Message Log” for SendGrid email failures, resulting in an infinite loop.

Solution

The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
