Symptom
The automatic email functionality for the Return Request document is not working in the MailChimp Connector. The email is not triggered when a Return Request document is created or updated.
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisites
- You are using Integration Hub version 55.0 or lower.
- The MailChimp connector is deployed.
Scenario
1. Enable automatic email functionality for the Return Request document in SAP Business One.
2. Create or update a Return Request document.
3. Observe that no email is triggered or received.
Expected Result
The system automatically triggers and sends an email successfully via the MailChimp Connector.
Actual Result
The automatic email is not triggered, and no email is sent for the Return Request document.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
