WDF 2560033 – Message Log displays Exchange Rate transaction as InProgress in Fixer Connector
Symptom
The Exchange Rate transaction is displayed as “In Progress” in the HUB Message Log even though the exchange rate has been successfully synchronized to SAP Business One using the Fixer Connector.
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisites
You are using Integration Hub version 55.0.
Scenario
- Deploy the Fixer Connector with valid API credentials.
- Trigger the exchange rate synchronization process.
- Verify that the exchange rate is successfully updated in SAP Business One.
- Open the HUB Message Log.
- Observe that the transaction status remains as “In Progress” instead of being updated to “Success.”
Expected Result
The HUB Message Log status is displayed in “Success” for successfully synchronized exchange rate transactions.
Actual Result
The Exchange Rate transaction is displayed as “In Progress” in the HUB Message Log despite successful synchronization.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
