Symptom
The following error message appears while validating the address in a Delivery document or in a Business Partner in SAP Business One using the DHL Connector:
“Results are not loaded yet; please refresh the page.”
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisites
- You are using Integration Hub version 55.0.
- The DHL connector is deployed.
Scenario
- Open a Delivery document in SAP Business One.
- Click the "AddressValidation" button to trigger the address validation process using the DHL Connector.
- Observe that the system displays the error message: “Results are not loaded yet; please refresh the page.”
Expected Result
The address validation displays the exact status, either successful or failure.
Actual Result
The system throws the error message “Results are not loaded yet; please refresh the page,” and the address validation results are not displayed properly.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in the Intercompany integration solution version 56 for SAP Business One and higher versions.
