WDF 2570005 – Additional address-related fields added to Company Template for document exchange

Additional address-related fields, Address2S, Address3S, Address2B, and Address3B, have been added to the Company Template to support the replication of complete address information during intercompany marketing document exchange. These fields ensure that the corresponding Ship-to and Bill-to address details are transferred from the source document to the target document during document creation.



The enhancement applies to the following intercompany document exchange scenarios:
  1. Purchase Quotation → Sales Quotation
  2. Purchase Order → Sales Order
  3. A/R Reserve Invoice → A/P Reserve Invoice
  4. Delivery → Goods Receipt PO
  5. A/R Invoice → A/P Invoice
  6. A/R Debit Memo → A/P Debit Memo
  7. A/R Correction Invoice → A/P Correction Invoice
  8. Goods Return → Return
  9. Goods Return Request → Return Request
  10. A/P Credit Memo → A/R Credit Memo
  11. A/R Credit Memo → A/P Credit Memo
  12. A/R Down Payment → A/P Down Payment
During the marketing document exchange, the system now considers the configured address fields from the Company Template and maps the corresponding values to the target marketing document. This enhancement ensures that additional address information is retained across participating companies and improves the accuracy and consistency of Ship-to and Bill-to address data in intercompany transactions.

The enhancement properties apply to the Brazil and India localizations.

Solution

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in Intercompany Integration Solutions version 57 and higher versions.
