WDF 2570008 – Report introduced to display and export Global Data Authorization data

A report has been introduced to display and export Global Data Authorization data, providing a branch-wise overview of users and the master data authorizations assigned to them. The report enables administrators to identify which users are authorized to add, update, or remove specific master data across the participating branches.

The report provides the authorization details in an exportable format, allowing administrators to review and analyze user-level access across branches. This helps improve visibility into the distribution of Global Data Authorization and supports effective monitoring and auditing of master data permissions.

The Global Data Authorization report is available under Monitoring in the Intercompany Administration Console. Administrators can use the report to verify the configured authorizations and identify the branches, users, and corresponding master data operations for which access has been granted.

Solution

The enhancement described above has been incorporated in Intercompany Integration Solutions version 57 and higher versions.
