Symptom
The columns in the bottom matrix of the Service Invoice Allocation screen remain enabled even after the corresponding row has been successfully allocated.
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisites
You are using Intercompany Integration Solution version 56.0 or lower.
Scenario
1. Open the A/P or A/R Invoice and click the Allocation button to open the allocation screen in SAP Business One.
2. Select a row for allocation.
3. Complete the allocation successfully for the selected row.
4. Observe the columns in the bottom matrix for the allocated row.
5. The columns remain enabled even though the allocation has been completed.
Expected Result
The columns in the bottom matrix are disabled after the corresponding row has been successfully allocated to prevent further modification.
Actual Result
The columns in the bottom matrix remain enabled even after successful allocation of the corresponding row.
Solution
The issue described above has been fixed in Intercompany Integration Solutions version 57 and higher versions.
