This WDF Note provides information for supported localization in SAP Business One Integration Hub.

Solution

The SAP Business One Integration Hub is supported in the following SAP Business One localizations:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Panama, Poland, P.R. China, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, UK International / Republic of Ireland, USA, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, Central MENA (United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) and Brexit (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland)

The following SAP Business One Integration Hub Templates are supported in all countries mentioned above.

However, the following E-Commerce templates are not supported in India localization.

Please pay attention to the following conditions:

A. Scope of Support

Walldorf handles incidents on program errors in the Integration Hub for localized countries, as long as the reported issue can be reproduced.
When creating customer incidents, please provide the full context (outline using the Integration Hub for a localized country); the SAP version and patch level, if applicable; the Integration Hub patch level; and the name of the localized country version in which you reproduced the issue.

B. Responsibilities

The partner/implementing customer must ensure that all business scenarios are tested well before going live. We recommend very extensive testing of the customer use cases before going live in production, which is the responsibility of the partner/implementing customer.
Additional notes: This limited support is only derived from our test options; unfortunately, we cannot test all scenarios in all localizations.

In principle:
All scenarios should run perfectly in all available localizations.
Localization-specific settings or processes are not directly affected (irrelevant for communication/currency exchange scenarios; covered by web shops in e-commerce scenarios).
In fact, we cannot assume any general responsibility of Walldorf here; this must be ensured in the customer project.
