Symptom
SAP Business One Integration Hub is an easy to configure and run integration solution between SAP software and third party applications.
In the initial version, shipped with Intercompany PL34, the following scenarios/templates were available:
- Shopify (e-commerce platform)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Fixer (exchange rate imports) and
- Nexmo (SMS communication).
In the version, shipped with Intercompany PL35, the following scenarios/templates were additionally available:
- Magento (e-commerce platform)
- Salesforce (CRM)
- SendGrid (Email communication)
- Mailchimp (Email communication)
- DHL and
- RFQ (Request For Quotation).
In the version, shipped with Intercompany PL37, the following scenarios/templates were additionally available:
- Aramex (Global shipping and logistics provider)
- FedEx (Global shipping and logistics provider)
- Expensify (Expense management system) and
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Sales/CRM software package).
In the latest version, shipped with Intercompany PL39, the following scenario/template is available:
- SAP S/4 HANA (SAP ERP).
In the latest version, shipped with Intercompany PL41, the following scenario/template is available:
- WooCommerce (e-commerce platform)
- SAP ECC (SAP ERP).
In the latest version, shipped with Intercompany PL42, the following scenario/template is available:
- Tagrain (Retail platform)
The solution is developed keeping simplicity and packaged integration scenarios in mind. To be able to connect with these third party applications and services, the customer must have required subscriptions (accounts). Please see the administrator guide for details.

Key Information on the SAP Business One Integration Hub:
- Documentation: Dedicated page for SAP Integration Hub on SAP Help Portal, featuring the SAP Integration Hub Administrator and User Guide or the SAP Integration Hub Overview Presentation.
- Installation: The Integration Hub is part of the delivery for the Intercompany integration solution PL41 for SAP, and higher versions. The installer now has several options that distinguish between intercompany solution and integration hub. Only for the scenarios to be activated in the hub, the needed elements like tables, UI elements, or UDFs are deployed. For details, see the administrator guide.
- Downloading the software: SAP partners and customers find patches for upgrade or direct installation in SAP Business One Software Download Center -> SAP Business One -> SAP Business One Products -> B1 Intercompany Integration -> B1 Intercompany Integration.
- Licensing: See section 2.2 Integration Hub License in the Integration Hub Administrator and User Guide and this blog.
- Localization: For localizations information, see Notes WDF 3006743 and WDF 2844963.
- Languages: All SAP Business One languages are available in current shipment Intercompany PL41.
