Alerts Notification of Magento in the Integration Hub


      Configure the alert settings in the Alert Notification tab in Magento Settings window.    

The Alert Notification tab of Magento Settings window contains the following fields:

Field Name

Description

User


Displays the list of users in SAP Business One. Choose a user for setting up the alert notification authorizations. This field is read only.

Features


Displays the list of Integration Hub features for Magento. This field is read only. The Alert can be set for Customer, Sales Order, A/R Reserve Invoice, and Incoming Payment. 

System Alert

Select this checkbox to send notifications as a system alert.

 Email Alert Success
 Select the checkbox to send email notifications for successful transactions._
 Email Alert Failure
 Select the checkbox to send email notifications for failed transactions.

 Note

     In case of an email for failed transactions, the user will receive the failed XML payload as an attachment.

Email Configuration

Click the Email Configuration button to set up the SMTP details for email alert notifications.

Alternatively, to display the Email Configuration window, choose Administration Integration Hub E-Mail Configuration


The Email Configuration window contains the following fields:

Field Name

Description

Template Name

Display the active Magento template.

SMTP Protocol

Choose the communication protocol SMTP/SMTPS/TLS.

SMTP Server

Specify the address of the outgoing mail server.

SMTP Port

Specify the port for the outgoing mail server.

SMTP User

Specify the user’s name for the outgoing mail server.

SMTP Password

Specify the password for the outgoing mail server.

Sender’s Email Address

Specify the email address of the sender.

Trusted Host

Select the checkbox to add the name of the e-mail server to the list of trusted hosts.

Test E-Mail

Click the button to test the connection, The email notification will be sent to the logged-in user in SAP Business One.

 Note

Ensure that the Login User's email ID is correctly specified in the User Setup.
