Exchange Rate Replication in Intercompany Solution

This intercompany feature enables you to replicate exchange rates across branch companies including consolidation companies.

To replicate the exchange rate across companies you must choose the Sync button available on Exchange Rates and Indexes Window in SAP Business One. 


To open Exchange Rates and Indexes window, in the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Administration → Exchange Rates and Indexes.

On Exchange Rates and Indexes window, choose the Sync button to display the Synchronize Exchange Rates window. In this window you must populate the From Date and To Date, that is - the date range for which exchange rates need to be replicated to other branch companies. Choose the OK button to synchronize the exchange rates between the From and To date to all other companies.
