Prerequisites to Install Integration Hub

Required Installed Components and Technical Requirements

Before installing the Integration Hub installer (integrationsolutions.exe), ensure you meet the following requirements. 

Note
Installing Integration Hub does not require any other SAP Software except SAP Integration Framework 2.0 and can be installed on a stand-alone system. Please refer SAP Business One Administrator's Guide on SAP Help Portal for more detail on installing the SAP Integration Framework 2.0.
  1. SAP Integration Framework 2.0. 
  2. To improve the transaction runtime performance, deploy multiple DI proxy instances. To deploy multiple DI proxy instances, refer to WDF Note 1975033.
  3. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
  4. Minimum memory assigned to Apache SAP Integration Framework 2.0 should be 4 GB
  5. Microsoft Windows Operating System (to run the Integration Hub installer).
  6. SAP HANA ODBC 32 Bit Driver must be installed for Database Type SAP HANA.
  7. Supported web browser – Google Chrome
  8. Customers running SAP Business One need to install the Integration Solutions add-on [IntegrationSolutionsAddon.ard]
  9. SAP Business One, compliant to the following: 
    1. SAP Business One Hardware Requirements Guide
    2. Platform Support Matrix for SAP Business One
    3. Platform Support Matrix for SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA
  10. SAP Business One SDK Data Interface API (DI API), 64-bit or 32-bit
  11. For connecting to SAP Business One companies on Microsoft SQL, you have installed the SQL Native Client
  12. The Integration Hub requires 1.25 GB RAM per user/SAP Business One Client instance (1 GB for SAP Business One + 0.25 GB for add-on = 1.25 GB).
  13. When working with non-English locales, ensure that the decimal separator and thousand separator setups in SAP Business One matches the locale setting in Windows.
Note
Customers running S/4 HANA, SAP ECC do not require this add-on to use the Integration Hub template for S/4 HANA and ECC.

User Rights

You have administrator rights on the computer to perform the installation of the Integration Hub components.
    For more information about installer issues related to the User Account Control (UAC) in Microsoft Windows operating systems, see SAP Note 1492196.
    SAP Business One: You have superuser access to the SAP Business One company databases to install the integration solutions add-on.
    SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC: You have superuser access to the SAP system to use the Integration Hub templates for S/4 HANA and SAP ECC.

Application Prerequisites

You need respective accounts on the selected platforms:

Shopify -  https://www.shopify.com/signup
    A Basic Shopify plan is minimum requirement to integrate with SAP Business One. Shopify trial account is not supported. 



    The free or basic pricing option is sufficient to retrieve exchange rates.
    Mailchimp Transactional email service must be activated in the mailchimp account.

Transactional Email is available as an add-on to Standard and higher monthly Mailchimp plans, or the legacy Monthly Plan.


    Magento ver. 2.3 (Enterprise and Open source) and above versions are supported. 

    Deutsche Post DHL - https://www.logistics.dhl/ 

    Salesforce Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Developer Edition, and Performance Edition are supported.







    A WordPress Business plan with WooCommerce Plugins installed is the minimum requirement to integrate with SAP Business One.
