WDF 2540004 - Support for Email notifications for Magento Connector
This feature offers users the ability to configure customized email notifications for Magento transactions within the Magento Connector. Once the setup is complete, the designated user will receive email updates regarding the status of transactions, whether they are successful or have failed. This functionality allows for enhanced flexibility, as customers can configure email alerts separately for both successful and failed transactions, ensuring that they can monitor and respond to transaction outcomes in the way that best suits their needs.
In the case of a failed transaction, the designated user will receive a detailed email notification, which includes an attachment containing the XML message payload related to the failure. This ensures that the user has all the essential information at their fingertips to thoroughly investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective actions swiftly. With this feature, users can effectively streamline their workflow, enhance their response time, and maintain a higher level of control over their Magento transactions. Additionally, the ability to configure these alerts provides an added layer of customization, ensuring that users are always informed and equipped to handle transaction status updates efficiently.
To configure the email alert notification in SAP Business One, Go to Administration --> Integration Hub --> Magento Settings and Navigate to the Alert Notification tab:
To open the E-mail Configuration setup in SAP Business One, either you can click the Email Configuration button on Alerts Notification tab of Magento Settings or go to Administration --> Integration Hub -->E-mail Configuration:
