WDF 2540005 - Support for Email notifications for Expensify Connector
This feature enables users to configure email notifications for Expensify transactions within the Expensify Connector. Once configured, the designated user will receive automated email alerts regarding the status of each transaction, whether it has been completed or encountered an error. Customers have the flexibility to configure these email notifications separately for successful and failed transactions, allowing them to tailor how they monitor and respond to different transaction outcomes.
In the event of a failed transaction, the user will receive an email notification that includes an attachment containing the detailed XML message payload associated with the failure. This ensures that the user has all the necessary data to quickly investigate the issue, identify the cause of the failure, and take prompt corrective action. By offering this level of customization and detailed information, this feature enhances users' ability to efficiently track and manage Expensify transactions, ultimately streamlining their workflow and improving their response time to potential issues.
To configure the email alert notification in SAP Business One, Go to Administration --> Integration Hub --> Expensify Settings and Navigate to the Alert Notification tab:
