How to extend the Sandbox license for the Intercompany Integration Solution

How to extend the Sandbox license for the Intercompany Integration Solution

You can request an extension for your Sandbox license from Walldorf Solutions when you need additional time for testing, UAT activities, or troubleshooting purposes to keep up with your business requirements.

The Intercompany Integration Solution subscription includes both Production and Sandbox license keys. The Production key is valid for one year as per your subscription period, while the Sandbox license key is delivered with your subscription and is valid for 30 days. After the 30-day period, the Sandbox license key will expire, and customers may need to extend the Sandbox license period for various testing scenarios and development activities beyond the initial 30-day period.

To extend your Sandbox license for the Intercompany Integration Solution, you can use either of the following methods:

Method 1: Request Extension from the Administration Console

  1. Log in to Intercompany Integration Solution administration console.
  2. Navigate to the Manage License section under the Setup Tab.
  3. Locate the Sandbox license information and expiration details.

      4. Click on the Request Extension option. Your default email client will open with the details pre-filled. Simply click Send to submit the request to Walldorf Support.

Method 2: Email Request to Support

  1.  Log a ticket on the Walldorf support portal.
  2. Include the following mandatory information in your ticket:
Subscription Number - Your Intercompany Integration Solution subscription identifier

Business Justification - Detailed reason for the extension request.

Sandbox license extensions are granted on a need basis and require valid business justification. Extensions are not automatically approved and are subject to Walldorf Solutions' discretion.
