WDF 2540029 - Support for the integration of additional Ship To addresses on the Return documents

The Intercompany Solution now supports additional Ship-To addresses on Return documents, enhancing flexibility in handling return deliveries across different locations. This enhancement ensures that businesses can accurately capture and track the specific destination where returned goods are being shipped, improving operational efficiency in intercompany transactions.

In SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2502, the following enhancements are available in the Logistics tab for return requests, returns, A/R credit memos, goods return requests, goods returns, and A/P credit memos:

1. The Ship To field is now renamed Ship From. This updated term denotes the shipping origin for the delivery of returned goods and services. All existing system behaviors and business logic remain unchanged.
2. A new Ship To field is now available in return requests, returns, and A/R credit memos. This field displays the destination address to which your customers deliver their goods and services for return.
3. A new Ship To dropdown list is now available in goods return requests, goods return, and A/P credit memos. From the dropdown list, you can select the destination address to which you deliver goods and services to your vendors for return.

The enhancements are made to the Logistics tab of the following documents:

1. Return requests
2. Returns
3. A/R credit memos
4. Goods return requests
5. Goods returns
6. A/P credit memos

The enhanced properties for return documents are added to the Receiver Property List of the following object in the company template:

1. AP CreditMemo-AR CreditMemo
2. AR CreditMemo-AP CreditMemo
3. Goods Return Request-Return Request
4. Goods Return-Return

This enhancement is particularly beneficial for organizations operating across multiple warehouses, branches, or third-party logistics providers. It eliminates confusion regarding return destinations and ensures that returned goods are correctly routed, minimizing delays and potential disputes.
