Walldorf License Renewal Notification
The user will receive a license renewal notification starting 30 days before the license expiration date. This notification will be displayed both in SAP Business One and on the Manage License screen within the Intercompany Administration Console. The purpose of this notification is to proactively inform users about the upcoming license expiration and allow sufficient time to complete the renewal process without any service interruption. A sample screenshot is provided below for reference:
The renewal notification will continue to appear each time the user accesses the application until the license is renewed or the notification is manually stopped. If the user does not wish to receive further renewal notifications, they can select the “Do not show this message again” checkbox, as highlighted in the screenshot above. Once this checkbox is selected, another system message appears as given below:
Please note that stopping the notification does not affect the license validity or the renewal process. Users are advised to ensure that the license is renewed before the expiration date to avoid any potential disruption in the business process.
